A set of four porcelain espresso cups and saucers from the Calçada Portuguesa collection by Vista Alegre — each cup carrying a distinct geometric cobblestone pattern inspired by Lisbon's most iconic streets and squares. Designed by Manoela Medeiros, the collection began with this set of four cups and grew into a full table collection.
Inspired by the patterns of Portuguese cobblestone pavements, the Calçada Portuguesa collection was created by designer Manoela Medeiros as a tribute to Lisbon. Each piece carries a distinct geometric pattern representing different routes through the Portuguese capital. Winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2017 and German Design Award 2018.
