  • All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Preparation time is usually 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • In case of delay, customers will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination, and shipping method chosen. Free shipping promotions may be available and will be announced on the website.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Portugal (mainland): 2 to 5 business days
  • Azores and Madeira: 3 to 7 business days
  • European Union: 4 to 10 business days
  • International: 7 to 20 business days

4. Customs and International Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges applied by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Whenever possible, a tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been shipped. Customers can track their orders directly on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Fuga is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or customs processes.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer absence, additional shipping fees may apply.
