Refund policy

1. Return Period

  • You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • For orders shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days, without the need to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Send an email to geral@fugastore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval are not accepted.

4. Return Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return costs are covered by us.
  • Other reasons (e.g., size, change of mind): return costs are covered by the customer.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Digital content once downloaded or accessed.
  • Sealed items (e.g., CDs, vinyl records, software) that have been opened after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items, unless defective.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

7. Refunds

  •  Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
  • Additional processing time may depend on your bank or card provider.
  • If after 15 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of 3 years for new goods (2 years presumption of defect) and 2 years for refurbished goods, in accordance with Portuguese law.
